Maplewood Former Golf Course Redevelopment to Create 206 Single-Family Lots

The former golf course in Maplewood, Minnesota is being redeveloped into 206 single-family lots. Demolition of the old driving range structures, including poles and nets, is underway. The poles will be relocated to a new golf course in Dayton, Minnesota. Fire department training is using the old clubhouse before its demolition.
